Do you have your own Interior Design project but don't know where to begin?

This is a fun 2 hour introductory workshop aimed at those who have never had any interiors training but would love to learn the basic principles. I will explain the 5 key stages involved in the Interior Design process and get you started on Stages 1 and 2:  Design Brief and Image Boards. Come along with your own project in mind and apply your learning in an immediate and practical way.

What does it involve?

  • Overview of the 5 stages of the Interior Design process

  • Design Brief - learn how to put together a concise brief for your own project

  • Image Board - collate & edit relevant images based on your brief and have a working image board to take home

  • Feedback & advice on your work

Who is it aimed at?

Those with no prior experience or training in Interior Design. The course can be done as a one off or as a taster course to see if you'd like to go on to the more detailed 'Introduction to Interior Design' course.

Where is it?

Studio at Jericho is my home studio in the beautiful Somerset countryside just outside the historic village of Mells. We'll be working in the newly renovated, light and airy kitchen space. We are around 30 minutes from Bath and Bruton and 15 minutes from Frome.

How much does it cost?

£49 payable in advance.

Testimonials

"Thank you so much for the workshop, I found it really useful. I'm a total novice at interiors but I was surprised (and relieved) that there was a formula. It was interesting to think about my brief from a client perspective and get a sense of my taste from the mood board."

"Thank you for a lovely few hours. Definitely got me thinking. Could have carried on all day!"
