You'll learn the basics of scale drawing and how to read and measure technical architects' drawings. We'll be looking at Room Layout options for different types of residential spaces such as Living Rooms, Bedrooms, Kitchens & Bathrooms. You'll leave with a better understanding of how to plan a room layout and any relevant rules and guidelines you need to be aware of when planning your own space.
Using Colour in Interiors
Starting with understanding basic Colour Theory you'll learn about warm and cool colours and the colour wheel. I'll be explaining the 4 seasonal colour groups and how colours work together. We'll also touch on Colour Psychology and how different colours make you feel in different spaces. We'll finish by pulling together different warm and cool colour schemes using images, paint finishes and materials.
